I'm Impressed
I like the fact that the cutting blades are protected when not in use. However, this is a replacement purchase. The paperwork states that it will shred credit cards. Since my credit card had been used fraudulently I tried to shred it in my previous machine. It jammed immediately and I was unable to get it to work again.

Works just fine.
On the inside it looked like it had been used when I got it but I think that was just because it had to be tested to make sure it worked before they sent it out. Could be wrong. Bottom line is it works fine and the price was reasonable.

love the flat top
I do really like the closed and flat surface of this shredder. The probelm is that they did not leave even an 1/8" larger than the standard sheet of paper to feed the machine with. It takes constant effort to make sure the paper is nice and straight to get it in there.

I didn't try to load to any kore than six sheets cause we all know how these things are.I ordered this shredder for a same day delivery. It didn't come til 8pm but that's to be expected and the lady who delivered was really nice even though I had to step out and made her deliver it the next day. It came with dirt all over the bin like it was a used item and the bin was also cracked. It's not the end of the world but I'm not exactly pleased either.

Great product
It's great not to have to lift the top off, Most are very heavy. Love the basket and so easy to empty.

Royal 8 sheet crosscut shredder
Love this paper shredder. It"s quick and smooth. It was a great value and suits my needs perfectly.! I really like that the basket just slides out from the front. No heavy cutter to lift off to empty.

Don't let the size fool you!
Was a little hesitant as this is small compared to my last shredder, but having used it since it arrived, don't let the size fool you, it's small yet powerful and certainly does the job!
