It's delicious
It is mild but intensely flavorful. I love it as a sandwich spread or a dip

Wonderful authentic taste
This is a very high quality and authentic tasting Avjar. The jar is bigger than expected (although apparently not big enough for me). This goes well on a baguette or pretty much anything. Typically I eat it right out of the jar despite my best intentions not to.

Do not purchase
This product was shipped to us with a layer of mold on the top. When we opened the package it was wet inside with the jar still intact. The lid was not airtight and the mold was at least a month old.

Pepper are not roasted
Do not purchase if you are looking for Ajvar with roasted peppers. This products peppers are not roasted.
