Love this organizer
Recently went on insulin and this organizer is perfect for my needs. I don't use the gel pac since I'm using the insulin pen ( but I use the gel pac for other things) but the pouch is large enough to hold my insulin pen, extra alcohol wipes, needles and my small pouch that holds my glucometer, lancets and lancet device. I put all these in the Medicool Organizer which fits nicely in my purse and I'm good to go, not having to worry about time to get home and take my insulin shot. It comes right with me so I'm freed up do do and go where I want without having time constraints.

A gift for my son in law newly diagnosed. He appreciated the support during a difficult time. Good quality product.

Everything in one place
Having just started on insulin, this is a very handy case to keep all my supplies in one place. I only have two complaints, first the pocket in the fold area is essentially useless as it is in the fold and second, the strap for the insulin vials should be a tad bigger to fit a bottle in a sleeve. It fits, but it is really tight. Other than that I really love it.

OK, with a couple design flaws
I finally had to break down and replace my old MedPort case. It will be missed, because it was just about perfect for what I needed it to do. This one works all right, but it does have a few features that are suboptimal. The big pocket on the left of the case is nice in that it can hold a lot of stuff, but why is the zipper at the bottom next to the interior seam rather than at the top? Unless the case is completely flattened, gravity causes whatever you have in there to try to slide out. And don't forget to close the zipper! Same problem.Having three loops for various things is nice. Theoretically, you could have a vial of test strips and a couple vials of insulin. I say theoretically, because the middle loop is almost unusable. The problem is that the fabric is loose because there's a pocket right behind the loops. You need a certain amount of rigidity to be able to slide the vials in easily. The ones on the ends have enough stiffness, since they are next to seams. If I were doing a redesign, I would eliminate that little pocket, and problem solved. If the company would fix those two things, my rating would go up, but as is, it's just OK.

Very handy and is lasting well
Have been using this multiple times a day for a year. Works great, goes everywhere with me and have all the space I need.

but it's still a good product for carrying the required meds and supplies
This replaced an older version, but the construction of this newer model is different. It's not as user friendly inside with pockets sewn differently. We prefer the earlier model, but it's still a good product for carrying the required meds and supplies.

Not made like they used to...
I was a long time user of an older version of this product until it started to wear out. Decided it was time to replace with a new one. Very disappointed with the construction of the latest "model".First, the fabric making up the case is just thin nylon now. There's absolutely no rigidity. It's just "floppy", making it impossible to hold in your lap, for instance, while accessing. Clearly, there's no respect for how these are realistically used on a day to day basis. The old one at least had some heft, such that it maintained its shape and form to some degree. This also makes it hard to unzip. With some rigidity, the zipper glides --- but with this flimsy construction, you have to hold it taut with one hand, while pulling on the zipper with the other. May sound minor, but these things will have a dramatic affect on your experience with this product. The problem is exacerbated by the elastic bands being nowhere close to an appropriate size to secure a vial of insulin. Always having to "catch" a loose vial when opening. Then to top it off, the seam on the lower right corner opened up within weeks of using it. So I currently have a gaping hole in the case.I called Medicool to arrange for a replacement, and I intended to provide some of the constructive feedback and user experience listed above. But the Customer Rep just kind of cut me off to give me the address to return it, and as long as I provided a receipt of less than one tear, that they'd replace it. She wasn't rude, but definitely not ready, able, or prepared to assist further or receive any feedback. It's actually kind of disappointing that there's not more suppliers of these types of products. With as central as these items are to your everyday life, it seems like there'd be a good market for an actually well thought out and constructed product. But this product is not one of those. While not perfect, the older models were at least workable. Too bad they've cheapened it so much further.
