Excellent productIf you haven’t discovered Jack fruit curry you have a treat in store. I use coconut milk, a curry paste, onions , jackfruit and almonds. Freezes well.

You need more than one tin!
My first time buying and cooking with jackfruit. Conflicting online recipes make it tricky (some say you can use the core if you chop it finely and others just the fibrous bits - my advice is bin the hard core).The fruit itself has no flavour but absorbs the spices you cook it in. I made a ‘pulled pork’ dish with it and it went down well with my vegan friends.

What a way to confuse yourself... when prepared and cooked correctly I found this to be the best Jackfruit to date. I was happy to buy 6 as I wanted enough for the family for 2nds... I made sticky bbq pulled jackfruit.. trust me as delicious as it gets. This is so versatile and healthy. I’m making Mexican next, pulled Jackfruit tacos! Can’t wait. Beats having to keep chicken in the fridge and worry about the expiration date....

adds variety to vegetarian dishes
the product is good to use in various dishes , made it into a goulash. on it's own it doesn't have much flavour and is a bit stringy. but it mkeas a change from the usual vegeterian options

The best tinned jackfruit I've had!
This is by far the best tinned jackfruit I've come across in the UK. I used it to make some vegan jackfruit tacos for a party - and everyone loved them! The meat eaters didn't even realise they weren't meat! Will be ordering many more cases - and have just ordered some Tropical Sun ackee as I hear that's great too.
