Amazing pilates tool
This pilates band took my pilates workouts up 10 levels. They provide such a great added intensity without added weight. I notice a huge difference in my glute, hip and thigh definition since adding this band into my weekly workout regimen. The velcro is very strong and never once has came undone during a workout. The velcro is also completely covered so you will not accidently scratch yourself. 100% a must-have for pilates!

Great exercise / poor construction
I use these about 30 minutes per week. They make for a great exercise, but they're poorly constructed. After 3 or 4 months, the stitching around the bands begins to come undone. Typically after 6 months, one of the bands will break.
