The BEST for glute ham raises
I’m ordering a new one because I left mine in a locker and it got swiped…. This is THE BEST for glute ham raises… I’ve had several other kinds and this one is the winner. You can set plates on top of it for extra resistance. The gliding is so extremely smooth. I don’t really use for wall squats but I may start doing them as a burnout when I get my NEW smithshaper.
