Didn’t expect anything special considering the price, but it turned out to be exactly what I wanted. Material has great cushion & density. My rollers were an inch shorter but it was easy to trim to fit & use the same Velcro

This product didn’t ship from Amazon, nor is it sold by Amazon. Product was manufactured in 2012 or prior. Thera-Band is a “wear product”, meaning the material breaks down over time, even when not used.

This offers a good upgrade for a smooth foam roller once you want to progress to a roller that will work better on posture, trigger points, and fascia. You need to go slow and not past your rib cage while doing your upper back. It is also good for flexing your spine . Make sure you support your head with your hands while on your back.

I already had a flat round roller but needed textured for my legs. New textured ones are like $20, and this was $5 and made my roller into exactly what I needed.

I received this product today and I love it!! The texture is perfect and relaxing for my muscles. The quality of this foam roller wrap is really good and attaches very easy to the 6 X 12 inch foam roller.

Makes foam rolling very bumpy and awkward. The foam roller does not roll smoothly. Also, it is too narrow. I have the longer foam roller, and this only covers about a third of the foam roller. I sent it back. Might be ok on the shorter roller, but not for the one I have. I would recommend a Rumble Roller instead if you're wanting deep tissue and fascial release.
