This product really works and for me it was a game changer the first day I started taking it I could feel the difference, more focused especially doing computer work, no brain fog. I would recommend it.

Takes to long to receive shipment.

This particular brand of magnesium was recommended to me from my functional medicine provider. I have noticed improved ability to fall asleep and stay asleep on the nights that I use it. I love that it doesn’t make me feel groggy in the morning.

A home health nurse recommended Magmind to me and what a difference they made in my sleep. From day one, I was able to take one capsule before bed and I found that this gave me the ability to relax before getting drowsy. Once I did get drowsy I would get in bed and go right to sleep. Before I was waking up several times a night. Not anymore. I’ve been sleeping straight through. On my second bottle, and as long as this continues to work, I’ll keep using them.

Took a long time to arrive

They changed the formula, using microcrusyaline cellulose, I got a crazy allergic reaction to it. I did not agree to buy a new formula! Why would you add this crap into it? How about no fillers. Poisoning is!

I paid more for the non-vegan Mag-Mind but received the Vegan product. I don't know whether Jarrow Formlas or Amazon is responsible, but I am less than pleased.
