Mindware Extreme Dot to Dot: Extreme Animals

My boys LOVE these extreme dot to dot books! They will sit for long stretches of time completely absorbed and really enjoy seeing the pictures emerge. As a homeschooling family, I couldn’t recommend these enough! It’s been a fun way for them to solidify counting to 1000 and beyond and has led to some fun explorations of the animals pictured. I highly recommend these books!

I bought this dot-to-dot book for myself to use in my down time. However after discovering what I had, my children gave it a go, and they were hooked! My 6 and 5 year olds especially loved revealing each picture! It helped my younger kiddo with focus, determination, diligence, and number sequence.Some of the intricate pictures even spanned two pages.This is a wonderful, fun, relaxing book to buy for yourself!

I am so happy to have found these dot-to-dot books! There are so many numbers on the page that it is very difficult to guess what the picture will be (which I find exciting, but the pictures are revealed in the back of the book for those who want to know what they're getting into). I was originally browsing the Mindware shop for gifts (such high quality!), and I chose this for my 11 year old to help with focus and pencil-grip, but I enjoy it so much too! We already have two books and will get more - the themes are beautifully done!

We especially like the animal themed books. A bug book would be cool. But Extreme Dot To Dot books do cost more than the "Greatest..." books, have fewer pages of puzzles and only one kind of puzzle. Even with Amazon Prime, you pay more for these (so still paying for ship even though you shelled out for Prime.) We still like the books, but we like the "Greatest..." books more better, and these have animal pages too.

This dot to dot is soooo fun.🤩 perfect for tweens who are bored and need a pencil👏 dots aren’t to small and the ink is bright! Worth the price.

I have all the extreme dot-to-dot books and love them. They are a relaxing activity that is not very expensive.Some of the pictures are on one page and some are on two. There is a list of all the puzzles in the back of the book that shows how the picture should look like and how many pagesit covers. It also tells you how many dots are in each picture.I usually do not look at the index of the pictures because I want to figure out what the picture should be as I am doing the picture.The paper the books are printed on are heavier than regular books so if you decide to color the pictures, markers will not blead through.I think these are very well made books and worth every penny you pay for them. I am keeping a look out for any new ones that come out.

My 14 year old son loves to listen to audio books while drawing or doing these challenging dot-to-dots.

Absolutely amazing way to waste time while on vacation or at work on a slow night. You pretty much need to have a straight edge to connect half the dots. The dots are super small so they're really hard to see. If you have bad eyesight I wouldn't recommend these. They should be good for kids over the age of 10. I liked this book so much and it was so fun to do the puzzles that I bought other books by the same makers.
