Amending this review, as after contact with the supplier, the problem has been rectified.A simple mistake that has been taken care of with excellent customer service.I am really pleased as I love the products and can now look forward to future orders.Disappointingly fatty. I appreciate that fat is flavour but this was advertised as very lean and is more than 50% fat. Real shame as other products from this supplier have previously been very good.

Nothing like any pata negra ive ever taken. Tasted more like pepperoni. More fat than meat. My dog loved it!!

Really lovely acorn fed taste and texture just quite difficult to separate into thin slices. I’m not sure if this is the ‘top line’ in Iberico ham but £11 per 100g should be enough I hope!

I normally love everything from the Black Hoof and normally order direct, however this was not good. The overall flavour was good but there was a large strip of fat through the middle of the portion that were double the thickness and mainly thick and inedible fat with gristle, meaning nearly a 3rd was wasted. Definitely not worth the price and will definitely think twice before ordering from them again.

This Lomito was amazing - It was soft and tasted just as good as, if not better than, I remember it in Spain.

My mum is Spanish so she knows that this lomo was terrible, very fatty it's supposed to be lean not have fat!

Bad taste, extremely fat and tastes like MSG/preservatives

Great for antipasto or pizza.
