I only use Canon ink in my Canon printers, and this works great
Canon is my go-to for printing. I do a ton of printing for work (I work remotely at home), and Canon has always been my favorite brand. I've not had good luck with the other brands, so tend to stick with Canon. I also only use Canon ink in my Canon printer - and I go through a lot of ink. I get these ink cartridges all the time, and they've never let me down. Never any issues, no leaks, they always work great. Highly recommended.

Decent deal when buying a 3-tank pack like this ..
Ink tanks never seem to last as long as you would want them to, but these tanks are large enough that it doesn't feel like I'm replacing them every time I look away. Easy to install and the color looks very good too, and don't need to frequently clean the heads of the printer like I had to with generic ink tanks (that's a strong reason right there to stick with the printer's brand of ink).

Won't blow up your printer
There's nothing like the real thing baby *insert cheesy dance*. After reading the reviews on 3rd party ink tanks, I decided I did not want my expensive printer to explode (well, actually, it was a Vine review so I didn't pay for it but I'd have to pay to replace it if it exploded and . . . well . . . screw that). So I bought the actual Canon brand and likely overpaid for it, which is what is typical with the main brands of ink. The good news is, no problems and my nice Maxify printer did not explode or spout out massive amounts of ink. You do get a lot of prints from this, unless you are mass producing 8 x 10 photos, in which case you will drain your ink like crazy. But these printers aren't really made to do that. For that, it's just cheaper to have your local Pharmacy print them for a few cents a copy.

Good ink, but I would buy the XL
Nice ink that produces quality results but for future purchases I now by the XL versions. These do not last XL is much better value for money, even if you have to buy individually

Don't bother with refilled cartridges - These are cheaper and THEY WORK!
Let's face it; printer ink is expensive! After dealing with local pricing that was so high it was almost cheaper to buy a new printer rather than the ink, I was very happy to find this brand. I haven't noticed any difference in performance over the manufacturer recommended ink, but I can sure feel it in my pocketbook.Before using this brand, I tried a local "refill" shop that guaranteed their products to be as good, or better, than OEM. I returned those cartridges 3 times before giving up. I kept having to clean the printer because I was constantly getting streaks, smudges and just general schmutz on my pages. I was starting to think there was a problem with my printer.After switching to these cartridges, everything is perfect again.I will purchase again.

The photo showed a standard Canon box of 3 color ink cartridges. The product arrived in a plain cardboard box with no actual Canon labels on the cartridges.
