Great piece of plastic, for any job requiring this thickness. Built some speaker rings out of it, easy to cut with. Used my Dremel and the router attachment. Cut trough it like a breeze and the finished product was great.

I loved this board. I was able to cut a rather intricate pattern out of the board with just a hand-held jigsaw. Easy to cut and thick enough to be sturdy.

Worked perfectly

The product arrived well packaged and without any damage. I was changing out the electronics in our boat's panel. New unit had different shape than old one, so old panel had to go!This product was easy to cut with jigsaw and drill with normal power tools.You do need to watch out for heat build up on saw blades and drill bits so you are not melting the product instead of cutting or drilling it.The product works more like a hardwood, than like pine. I was trying to use Tee-nuts to secure a bolt and the teeth in tee-nuts did not sink into the product very easily. Otherwise, very pleased with the product.Looks and feels exactly like the original panel on our boat.

I needed a piece for my boat. It was easy to cut on a table saw and drilled easy. I also made a set of jaws for a vise in my garage to replace the steel jaws for working in softer materials.

This is a great product. It's easy to see why it's the #1 choice on Amazon. One word of caution-- the surface of these boards is quite slick. I had to use an additional C clap while I was cutting it with my jig saw because it started to slip. Besides that it cuts remarkably well with a 18 (approx.) tooth per inch jig blade. The plastic didn't get hot at all.
