Large was toooo big, yeah! Lol, so I went with a medium. I use it daily, it's very comfortable.

this is terrible, the pump doesn't stay in pocket. cheaply made, don't waste your money, no returns for this product so we have a useless piece of material. Hope this helps save someone their money.

This is a great product. If it wasn't so expensive, I would buy a spare. I spend a lot of time in the hospital and this is an essential. Every clip I have purchased has broken in a short time. This is comfortable, washable and a must when I am stuck in a hospital gown.

This is a nice comfortable pump belt. Great for sleeping or hiding it under clothes. It is not designed for sports however. the pump will pop right out. It is great for walking around though. The size fit as expected. If you wear Medium shorts, this will fit you. I have a 32-33 waist and this fits me perfectly.

My insulin pump didn't fit, even though it is very small (t slim). It fell out multiple times and was dangling by the tubing. I am lucky it didn't rip out of my stomach. There are no openings to hold the tubing in place or to allow the pump to securely be attached. It's basically "tucked" under two very small flaps. Bought some cheaper, bigger ones on Amazon that actually fit my pump and are better quality and 1/3 the price. Will never buy this brand again.

The part that holds pump, need to be wider (more fabric) to be able to wrap up more so it would not fall.out. the seller did give me a refund. I thought that very nice.

This product is only good for a very mini insulin pump. My pump is a Medtronic mini and it continued to fall out the pocket. If the pocket closed with some sort of attachment, it may be better.
