Roudybush has slightly changed their formula to include alfalfa. New batches of products will appear somewhat darker in color than previous batches. This is normal and is no cause for concern.

Q: What size parrots is this for?

I have cocktails they like the mini size because they are small. I think a big bird would like larger pieces.

Q: What does it mean in the product description - "Pack may vary"???

Not to worry! Basically, that means that different stores could sell it in a double pack or a single bag. It has nothing to do with ingredients, quality or anything important.

Q: It says wheat free and then lists "ground wheat" as the second ingredient. Is it wheat free?

I’m not sure. I don’t have a package and will be ordering it soon My 24-year old conure has been on Roudybush and seed mix her entire life and has done well. The mix was recommended by the breeder and also by the vet who specializes in birds.
