McFarlane Toys Harry Potter - Buckbeak Deluxe Figure

The fact someone chose to make an articulated flying figure is a challenge .Ill Take any unique Fantasy creatures that I can take. who else is making stuff like this at this price? ...hmm neca reel toys comes to mind which are alot fun but not much else.this mcfarlane is pretty affordable and also looks killer .Im enjoying this one- seems to me to be made well. The paint job looks nice realistic. good movie accurate sculptingthe face looks amazing.the wings are more sturdy .they dont bend over time when you angle them straight out .the front legs have unique articulation allowing to point forward or bend backwards at ankle like a horse.Metal pole fits into its chest well for the appearance of flying.I do wish it was a little bigger but more plastic weight also means more added cost to consumers retail price.more fantasy creatures from mcfarlane is welcome by me .

Got this for a gift & the quality was beyond my expectation! Absolutely gorgeous & the wings span so far, look so accurate! The only downfall is switching the front feet to the other set, it’s really difficult & when you get the other set on, it’s now too loose. It damages the connection and they rotate around, hang loosely versus set/stuff.

For the price this is hands down the best collectible I have acquired in the past six months. And I'm not even a Harry Potter fan. He balances perfectly in mid flight and all of his joints pose perfectly. The paint job, although somewhat monochromatic, is without flaw. A fine fantasy figure. Glad I got it.

I love this, I am impressed with the detailing of it as well as its size. However the legs and wings do not move all that easily, at least on mine. One other complaint I have is the bird feet; it comes with 2 pairs of feet, one that is already attached and looks like he's in flight, and the other flat so he can stand on his own. I can't get the initial pair of feet off to swap them out and I don't want to risk breaking it. Still looks cool thought, love the wings especially.

Wings are very realistic, neck can move, and it arrived in perfect condition! Came bigger then I thought but love it even more!!!❤️❤️❤️

Beautiful item

I got this for my daughter, and then immediately broke the day of don’t recommend this as a gift for a child.It is not a toy it’s a figurine that I would keep in a a glass case.My daughter loves it though she thinks it is pretty and has nice detail. She really loves it.It is really a nice quality made of great plastic and it has very nice detail too so I would recommend this for adults maybe a child, but mostly an adult.
