Good for gout prevention
Taken daily it does work for gout prevention...my husband can eat hamburgers and chicken again which makes him very happy. He still stays away from fish, seafood, turkey, and organ meats just to be safe.

This did not work for me my heart beats became irregular after taking it. I had a bad experience but everyone is different. However stuff like this should always be consulted by a doctor first.
