KEY-BAK Original Retractable Key Holder with a Black Front, Steel Belt Loop, Split Ring

This almost sounds like a paid review or something but I gotta state I am so freaking happy with this I can’t sugar coat anything.Absolute ideal for my job. Over the years I continuiesly went with retractable caribeaners that clip onto your pants and have always ended up ripping my belt loops or giving up on retracticing. Not just that, but I enjoy the effort you have to go through to lose it. You have to undo your belt opposed to the clip ons that I have previously lost being a forgetful person. This bad boy is heavy duty, does not feel clunky and super confortable on my belt. Retraction is very smooth and can hold a bunch of keys without pulling out on the cord. (You know what I’m talking about, when you add that one extra key and it makes your cord come out about a centimeter while walking and feels very pesky.)Anyways, I’m a manager who is always running around and hate having my keys in my pocket because I use them so much. Constantly unlocking the office door to grab something, I’ve had carribeaners that will violently snap back and either hit my hand or damage the device. This seems to hold up to my convience and snap back at the right pace. In addition to the tideious proccess of losing the key chain, I have inserted a money clip into the ring so I can have other people use my swipe card without having to take off my belt. I have removed a bunch of keys after purchasing a ‘Keyback’ which I also did a review on. Looks sleak and doesn’t look like a jingaling eye sore in a professional environment. I’m way too hyped about a keychain but I will say, great product guys.

I like that it works and lasts. I attempted to replace my old one -which had been working for 5 or 6 years straight everyday - ordered a new one before I figured out it was a 30 second repair with a screwdriver. Good company. Good product.

I have been using Key- bak retractibles for about 19 years, tried all the different models, and I find this one to be the best and smoothest yet. The chain models last well, the carbon fiber ones were smoother but didn't last as well as the chain, This one is super smooth, long and strong. I've only had it for a short while, but loving it so far. I reccommend.

It will break,snap apart,Will not last.

within 6 months the cable is broken and unraveling,the round cable guide came out of the case. I paid alot for this thinking I was getting excellent American quality,well I was wrong. Will go back to the Dollar Store Chinese one that lasted me years.!

I purchased this item 2/6/17..The cable broke 7/19/17...It worked very well up to that point..But, 5 months of use is not what I would call very durable...I would NOT recommend!

I always have it one my belt and never lose my keys. Great product, works exactly how I imagined. Great quality, and retractable mechanism works very well. I've used this daily for a few months now, and still works like the day I got it.
