Basic emotion depiction
Not as good at depicting the different emotions as I expected.

Name it to tame it
My son has been diagnosed with ODD, depression and anxiety. In other words, I live with a perfect storm. This chart is fantastic (he picked it because it was the only one we found that has "tired" on it). Both of us will randomly throughout the day or week walk over to the chart and name what we're feeling at that moment. It's been a great tool to add to our box and has been the initiator to several really awesome chats about how he's feeling at the moment.
