Cuts steel cleanly, is inexpensive. Must use within stated parameters.
well so far i am impressed, this is what I was looking for, since sawzall is kind of a pain and is inaccurate, grinding wheel is the same plus LOTS of sparks, and my band saw is not that strong. I happen to have a GMC made 10" chop saw that's rpm rating is 200rpm LESS than the max rated on this blade (5200rpm blade rating with saw at 5000 max speed), so no silly router controller that will kill torque. This is also a 12amp saw.5 cuts in 3/16 flat bar with no issue..... with mad chips everywhere lol. Will see if a vacuum will help that, but I definitely recommend a face shield! Safety squints weren't up to the task. Now as far as longevity. I see a good number of reviews that state 5 cuts to 75 cuts etc. Unfortunately I can't use most of that data, becasue most do not state what saw, speed, and feed rate used. Not that i can measure that myself to offer out, but like I said, under rated blade speed, slow slow SLOW feed rate. But I honestly do not think ANY steel cutting blade like this is gonna last that long anyway, we're cutting SOLID steel!I'll try and update in a while after some more use.Update:Ok I think I smoked it. Been cleanly cutting through plate steel up to 1/8" fairly well, then cutting 3" wide 16 gauge it started heating up the steel and not working through the cut. Now it won;t cut very well at all. now I can't guarantee that I didn't feed to fast or something else, but even if I did, wow touchy touchy. $40 bucks shot, but I am seriously considering getting another and juts being more conscious of use. It IS cheap. I figure I got about 30 cuts with it.

Tested and Passed.
I purchased this blade (12" 60tooth version) because I I was tired of the inaccurate cuts made by my 14" abrasive cut off saw. I was very sceptical because of the relative low price compared to similar blades. Boy am I pleasantly surprised!I installed this blade on my 12" miter saw with a router speed controller set at approximately 1/3 speed. I made a few cuts in 1/8 x 3/4 strip and it cut like butter. I then moved up to some 1/8x1 1/2 x2" angle, same result. I then needed to cut a piece of 3/4x6" plate and reluctantly decided to put this blade (and the saw) to the test. It took probably 15min to make my way through but I did. I think the biggest reason it took so long is because since I was not using a proper saw I was really taking it easy since using a speed controller will cause a universal Moyer to become easily overloaded if not at full RPM. the results however were fantastic. Smooth, burr free cut that was accurate and only slightly warm to the touch.Did I just ruin the blade? NO. I then decided to make a couple more test cuts in the 1 1/2x2 angle. Still cut like butter. For another test to see how sharp I still is I decided to try and cut a 2x4 to see how smooth it would cut and if it would cause burning from being dull. It didn't tear through like a wood cutting blade would but produced a smooth burn free cut.I would highly recommend this blade for the DIYer but I do not know how it would hold up in a production environment. The blade says maximum RPM 4450. Do NOT use it at that high of speed or you will most likely be disappointed in the longevity. Probably the reason for the bad reviews. This blade should be used in a proper SLOW speed cut off saw or at a minimum with a speed controller like I used. All in all I am satisfied with this purchase except for the fact that now I want to purchase the proper saw.

Did a good job.
I purchased this 7 1/4” blade to put a 29 gauge metal roof on a 1500 sq ft home. I made a lot of cuts it it performed flawlessly. Be sure to wear protective eyewear and gloves. Lots of sparks and fine metal pieces.

Excellent blade at any price
Arrived as promised, fast. Used it today for the first time and cut 8 pieces of 2" square steel tubing, I believe 16guage(fence posts). Each cut was fast and clean. Used a "router controller" as recommended to slow down the RPM as my miter saw runs at 5300. Ran it at the slowest speed the controller would alow and there was no overheating and no change in the blades performance through all 8 cuts. I would buy it again. Price was very good compared to the $70-90 you could pay for other brands.

No value whatsoever
This blade has turned out to be very disappointing. This blade cut well for bout the first 20 cuts on 1” angle iron 1/4” thick... after about another 20 cuts of rebar it will not cut and just makes sparks at this point. All in all it lasted me 3 weeks. So, I did not save money like I hoped I would. now I’ll need to buy $100 blade, That combined with the $50 I spent on this blade puts me way over the mark and I did not save money. Pure junk
