Had 2 bad feed backs after using this product.......Even though i have used in past bad batch ??

No neutralizer!!
Extremely disappointed. Was doing a perm tomorrow , can't now as it is just the waving lotion ! No neutralizer. Waving lotion on its own is absolutely useless.
