Best stuff ever for cracked, bleeding hands!
I stay really dry all winter long and was having trouble with my fingertips and knuckles being so cracked they were bleeding. I put this on before bed and wake up in the morning with silky smooth, well hydrated hands. It can take a few applications if my fingertips have gotten really rough, but it still the best lotion I've found for this. It can sting a bit at first if they are in fact cracked and bleeding, but it doesn't last and isn't worth complaining about. My cats don't like the smell of it, but don't mind it.

Helps soothe and prevent cracked hands
My fingers crack open a LOT in the winter. I used to use Acid Mantle, but it was changed to A Mantle and then discontinued. I have Flexitol Heel Balm, which is 25% urea, so I decided to try this. That acid really helps counteract the alkiline effects of soap and dry winter weather. This is 10%, and it works pretty well. It smells better than the heel balm. I still used heel balm on my fingers and knuckles before bed, but this works well in the morning and during the day. I haven't found anything better on the market. The price is well worth it because a little goes a long way. I use it really often and figure one tube will probably last me all winter.

Soft and moisturized hands
I wash my hands and us alcohol at work often and it really drys up your palm and makes it feel hard and rough. This has really help to moisturize my hand after washing and leaves it soft.

Not for severe dry fingers
My husband has extremely dry finger tips from woodworking. We try everything we hear about for several months to see if it helps. We had so much hope Fexitol, but it doesn’t help the finger tips either.It did help my normal dry hands though.

Found by purusing Amazon and glad I did. Works extremely well. Will buy as needed

Best Hand Cream
Working at a lodge, my hands are often in the water. By the end of the season, they are often peeling. I was looking for a hand cream that would help prevent this. All I can say is "wow!" This lotion did a great job of moisturizing my hands, stopping the peeling, and making it comfortable for me to bend and straighten my fingers again. Not only would I buy it again, I have done so.

but whatever it is this stuff has worked like magic!
This stuff is basically a miracle worker. Girlfriends dry, cracked, bloody finger - the first and only one ever experienced by this person - was turned around back to near normalcy within 24-48 hours of use. Will see how it holds up. We don't know if it was eczema or psoriasis or something else entirely, but whatever it is this stuff has worked like magic!!
