I have used this Bomba rice for my paella for years now and am very pleased with it. It’s plump when cooked and tastes great!

the product is as all ways .. good ..very good . If you want the REAL deal.. for your Paella.. and you do right .. whay go to all that trobel with out the right stuff.\This company also has made every effort to correct any errors that happen and I couldnt be happier with them /I have ordered from them before and will continue to do so.

If you want the perfect authentic Paella, this rice is awesome. I would use it with other dishes but it is expensive so I splurge on special occasion or just Paella!!!!!!

I have purchased this rice before and under normal circumstances, although it’s expensive, the quality for making paella, is exceptional. However, I bought this bag a few months ago and just found out it was the home of something called rice weavils. They have infested my pantry and have started to spread out into other parts of the house near th kitchen. The bag was full of them. Why a manufacturer would store a grain in a cloth bag is beyond me, but I would never buy this product in this form again. I hope to see the last of these creatures soon, after throwing out everything else in the pantry that could have been infested- as you can’t see the larvae by just looking, but word to the wise. Buy grain products that are sealed against such invasion. It’s gross, costly and ver discouraging.

As expected

The best rice, if not the only, for paella. I am certainly no expert in Spanish cuisine, but was able to pull off an outstanding paella using this rice as the foundation.

This rice makes authentic paella. I have a Spanish friend and she says this is the preferred rice to use. The dish was great using this rice.
