Great value, excellent for those on their feet alot
My college kid has me reorder these as needed. He walks campus a lot, hours of marching band practice, and tours with another marching band which often requires 8-hour practice days - much of it marching drills. These are his preferred inserts.

Work well for me in low top work shoes and flat feet
I’ve used these a few weeks now and can report they are excellent insoles. I was skeptical having had bad luck with the generic ‘grocery store’ gel insoles. These Spenco ones have very good arch support, which I didn’t know I needed, as I’d been experimenting lately of using just plain flat insoles. I used to use some plastic othotics but could never get them to fit right in my current work shoes. The gel arch support seems to be enough without being uncomfortable. At first they feel lumpy, but after a day or so they feel normal. I am on my feet for approximately 7.5 hours a day at work and have tested these for weeks. My feet are still tired but not sore at days end, especially in the balls of the feet. I thought the gel might not provide enough forefoot padding being so thin, but they do. No pain there like with some previous insoles. These insoles do NOT feel like you are walking on clouds or marshmallows, they are quite flat, and feel flat, though with some arch support. But they do provide support that is needed and in a low profile. They have worked well in two different pairs of low top work shoes, that have firm outsoles. I didn’t even have to trim them either, I wear 11.5 Mens US shoe size.Hopefully they last a few months at least, but I ordered a second pair while on sale after using the first pair a few days. They are worth trying out, I was skeptical but so far think they are good, and not overpriced.

Soft and supportive
My husband has 2 pairs of these and is happy with them. They are soft, floppy and rubbery, rather than hard or firm. He has high arches and felt like his arches were always collapsing with the insoles that came with his running shoes. The Spenco inserts have solved that problem and are very comfortable. They were fairly easy to trim down to the proper size. We took the insoles that came with his shoes and laid them over top of the Spenco inserts, traced around the toe and side with a marker and then cut the insert to the proper size. The Spenco inserts are also easy enough to clean under warm water, which is good because they're kind of sticky and attract dirt like crazy!

Best buy every time
These insoles are very comfortable. Would I say the absolute best? Unfortunately, no. But comparatively from other spencos I've used in the past, these have stood the test of time (7 month period between purchases). On top of that, I still found these to be supportive in the way I needed, which was simply cushion support on concrete flooring. The wear points on the right pair show no sign of wearing thin between where my toe would be and the sole of the shoe. Still very plush and plenty of material left.Take the plunge and buy these, you won't regret it!

I don't love them but they are sized properly and have good support/shape.
These provide great support by the shape and do fit large shoe sizes, the arches are placed properly, where many insoles they are not in large sizes. The problem is two-fold. These are pretty high volume, they are thick, so you need a shoe with enough volume (height to top of foot) to add these. I got them for sneakers, but I think they are better suited for boots. The material they are made from, being gel, just know they provide almost a wobbly feeling when standing on them. They are definitely not a firm, sure-footed feel. Simply not my preference, but if you liek a soft feel these would be great. Again in a rigid boot, they would likely be a lot nicer than the sneakers I tried them in.

Son is pleased with these
Originally got these for my son when he was wearing size 15. He needed some extra support in a pair of his shoes that wasn’t very comfortable. He likes these insoles a lot. He said they’re comfortable and supportive. I accidentally ordered another pair of these when he moved up to size 16 and he used them anyway. Said they’re comfy in the bigger size shoe as well.

Didn't work for me...wasted money. Be careful.
I was a runner. I no longer run because of foot pain (a sharp pain in the mid center area near the ball of the foot), and may be injured...haven't seen a doctor yet as I've run for almost 30 years and most injuries I've had healed by just resting and gradually getting back to running. After completing a marathon, we were gifted with simple 'comfort' sandals provided by Spenco. I love them. Wearing these around the house made my injured foot feel better so I hoped these inserts would be similar. NOT...The inserts are heavy, unwieldy and bulky to try install and use in running (or normal dress) shoes, they might be good in boots etc...with running or sports shoes you must remove the factory cushion pad, and the material of these inserts is thicker and firmer, so the feel is not as 'soft' as new pads. The raised areas where they extend up can be very annoying if not a perfect fit for your foot and ache/injury, and the foot doesn't move/flex from these raised areas so if it hurts/annoys you won't adjust. My feet hurt more wearing them...a lot.It would be nice if the description was more clear on the details of fit, use, expectation and what it will and won't help...as much as possible (knowing they can't cover it all, hence my following recommendation). If you consider buying them, look and try them locally and ask about returns...or better get a doctor or running store evaluation of 'the problem' you are trying to address. Of course everyone is different in this regard, so YMMV.For me these were a waste of money. They will eventually be tossed. I doubt I will try to wear them again and will only keep because I feel dumb having bought them and hope maybe someday they'll help me or someone else with a different requirement/problem. (They must help some folks...). I'd return them if it wasn't a hassle.
