Not the stickiest
Osteopath applied it after a session. Within 4hs and the ends are peeling loose. Doubt it will stay in place much longer than 24h. Seems to be helping with the muscle injury, so will probably just get a roll of tape and apply instead of the pre cut. Disappointed

very bad product the tapes don't have glue, after two minutes they start to come off very low quality
