Worked great, be careful not to bend pins on the motherboard!
Fit perfectly in my Dell 15 - 5100 Inspiron laptop. You have to take the whole thing apart to get to it though. Be mindful where the screws go when you take it apart. Also on the first attempt I bent 2 pins on the motherboard connector some how. Used a tiny screwdriver to pry back to normal and it all worked fine. The plastic part is so tiny and fragile on the actual part, that just bumping that power cord can snap it. This is a cheap fix, that works great.

Fixed it
The computer connector was loose and moved around a lot. This harness fixed it and it fit in the device nicely.There were a lot of screws to remove to finally get at the connector. A lot of the plastic clips were broke and there were other mounting devices broken from where ever they originally were located. So far, so good.
