This is my second time ordering this because I loved it so much the first time! When I got it this time I was starting to use it when I realized I was sent shampoo instead (bottles are nearly identical) when I request the right item be sent I have to agree to return the old one.. what’s the point of returning it if it’s been opened/used and will get thrown away anyways? Wasteful
