Perfect hitting trainer
There’s not a lot of home trainers for hitting and this has been the best I’ve seen so far. Very easy to assemble and very durable for a 13yo. It’s been great so far. Highly recommend

My son loves it!
It was easy to install in our garage. My son uses it to practice and improve his jump and it is working well.

Feels like a real V200W
The media could not be loaded. Perfect! It feels exactly like a real V200W ball, and the tethers are super easy to secure anywhere. Great purchase!I’m reviewing this the day it arrived, so I can’t account for durability, but if I know Mikasa, it will last for a long time.EDIT: it has now lasted a year, so far so good. The usefulness of being able to practice spiking without a setter is worth every penny.

Excellent Training Tool
This is a great training tool for my daughter to learn to hit the ball harder. The setup is easy and I was able to use it right out of the box. I added some clips to attach to my walls which makes it easier to put up and down quickly. My daughter has already improved within a week of using this. This is a high quality product. Highly recommend.

How I use the V300W-AT-TR
I didn't want to install the V300W permanently at home. What seems to work well is attaching it to a corner of a tennis or basketball court with a tall fence without wind barriers. That's shown in the first photo. It works but it takes a while to change the height. The second photo shows it with a carabiner to make it easy to clip the VW300 to the fence. Changing the height is now much faster when I want to practice different skills. I used silicone tubing on the carabiner so that metal doesn't grind against metal. One thing that's difficult to gauge is if I'm hitting properly with topspin. It's because the VW300's rubber tubes resist the spin of the ball. It needs another degree of freedom, so I added #10 ball bearing swivels and attached them to the carabiner. It's a little better, but it still doesn't spin as freely as I want. Maybe in the future, I'll mount the ball bearing swivels at directly at the sides of the ball. It's a little scary though, because if the straps should fail, you could get hit by metal at the end of a snapping rubber band.So far, the product is functioning the way it was designed to be used. In one of the photos, I clipped an exercise band to the fence to simulate the top of the net. Seeing this helps me target where I hit. In the photo you can see a stool to help me clip the end of the cable higher on the fence. There's also a pickle ball paddle for stopping the motion of the ball for the next hit.The setup helps me practice spiking footwork and arm swing mechanics, but without direct feedback whether I'm putting enough topspin. I'll need a regular ball for that. I'll also have to practice the timing separately. I've had the V300W for only two weeks. Whether all of this practice translates to improved game play remains to be seen. Maybe I'll update the review after a while. An improved, future version of the product should include the carabiners to make it more convenient to use. Maybe even make it so that the point where the rubber tubes attach to the sides of the ball allow the ball to spin very rapidly. On the other hand, maybe Mikasa doesn't want to do this because they want to avoid cases where people can get hit by solid metal parts at the end of a snapping cable. Maybe it can be done safely.

Great device to help me working on my armswing
Finally I can work on my armswing mechanics without worrying about the ball throw!I really love this!Only thing to consider: How or where to attach it to - e.g. the ceilingI used some shelf brackets from homedepot but not sure how long they will hold. Also, if you attach it to the ceiling, the ball will bounce off multiple times from it after hitting. This will generate some noise.Since I live in an apartment I also installed some ceiling protection to reduce the noise. But of course this is not the fault of the product, just something to consider when setting it up at home in a room.I also want to try taking it with me and attaching it between two trees or something. Then the ceiling issue will be gone.
