Was the life saver for my smartwatch,the repair was very easy and straight forward to do.

Got this when my smartwatch died.For me it did nothing, but due to age of watch, I cannot fully blame this product.Came to me as and when I expected.

Broke phone

After installing this battery, my watch will no longer boot. It was working fine prior to the battery replacement, but now will not respond with this, or the original battery. I gave an "extra star" due to the customer service. They were very quick to respond to my issues and they did send out a new battery. But the damage had been done. They refunded the entire purchase. No money out of my pocket, but now my watch is dead.

The first battery I received didn't work. Put in for a exchange and the second battery will not hold charge over 5 hours. Very disappointed with the quality.

I initially reviewed this product harshly writing , "the battery was not an exact fit, it was poorly labled and had no instructions as to how it w should be installed. I am usually tech savvy - but this was not possible in this case. It was impossible to tell which way the contact tab was to sit. Tried to install it and the battery must have been reversed leads - ruined the watch and likely the battery. Wasted money" and within a day the seller contacted me and was professional and immediately gave me a full refund. Because I did all that was in their power with regard to my case - the damaged watch was not within their purvey - I have changed my opinion and rescind my completely negative to review.

battery lasts less than 5 hours

I bot this battery to replace a 5 year old battery in my Galaxy Gear 2 Neo Watch. The new battery will not hold a charge for more than 4 hours, even after discharging and fully recharging several times. I do not recommend this product and would not buy again.
