I was looking for a reclining back chair with head rest so that I could easily & comfortably tilt back to view my computer screen. This chair is perfect for leaning back to do so. It is a very comfortable chair as well. Armrests are low enough to slide under my desk but I don't have a lap drawer so I am sure that helps. I detracted two stars due to the annoying squeaking of the reclining assembly. I put up with it for about a month or so and finally tore it appart and sprayed WD40 on every hinge point of that assembly. It does not squeak like it did but will the squeak come back ? At least I don't go home every day with my neck sore from tilting my head back to use my bifocals. Would I buy it again ? Sure. Just lube up all 6 hinge points before you put it together.

I would have given this product 5 stars for ease of assembly (only took me about 20-30 minutes) and for product being as described however after assembling the entire unit I noticed that the bottom of the chair back was cracked. I am hoping to get a replacement of just the chair back piece.
