Yes this is the original with bees wax. On the label you will find the ingredient Cera alba which is beeswax. Our review committee requested that the labels be updated which is why beeswax was changed to Cera Alba. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beeswax

Q: Can this be used on nipples of moms nursing babies?

I’m not sure but it seems like you could as long as you wash them off before you feed your baby. Many years ago I used pure lanolin on mine and it was wonderful. Healed them almost instantly

Q: 12 pack case picture shows the 12oz jars with a flip open lid, does the case jars really come like that? I'm looking for those flip open lids !

I don't remember if they ever came with a flip top lid but certainly not in the last couple of years. They have all been twist tops.

Q: can this Lantiseptic Moisture Shield be used on the face and neck?

I don’t know why you would use it on the face and neck. It is a thick cream, mainly for repelling wetness. You are free to do what you want with it.
