It worked! And my toddler loves it!
It took some getting used to at first (not shocking). It turns yellow BEFORE it turns green in the morning and those colors can be a little confusing to differentiate for a toddler. Not that my toddler doesn't know his colors, but I'd bet if you took a poll amongst adults who had never seen either of the colors there would be many answers that were off. They are just a little too close in color for them to mean 2 very different things for the purpose of this clock! Now, we still LOVE IT. But that is worth mentioning. Yellow means it's 'almost' time to get up (it turns this color wayyy before the waking time that you set). At first, he was getting up when the clock turned yellow, because he was thinking it was green and time to get up. But after he saw the differences enough times and he learned that there would also be a song to play when it was time to wake, he got the hang of it. He loves it and I love it even more! Finally he is out of the rut of waking up super early every morning and will sleep in later now! He also loves when it turns red and he races to get to bed when it let's him know it's almost bedtime! Amazing, especially for the price compared to the others that display and actual time (that my 3 year old would not be using anytime soon). So it was perfect for us to have a better sleep routine! My mom even bought one for her house for when he says the night there!

Life saver!
This little clock has been a life saver for us! My grandson, almost 2.5 yrs old, started waking up anywhere from 3-5am thinking it was time to get up, and couldn’t go back to sleep. He knows his colors so this clock really helps him know when it’s time to sleep and time to get up. It turns red at designated bedtime, but should he go earlier hee can touch the sun twice, once to turn it yellow and once to turn on the music. At bedtime it automatically switches to red. The music is soothing, the light not too bright, we have no complaints. It’s easy to program so wake and sleep can be adjusted easily and quickly. If he wakes up early he watches the clouds to turn green and play music or simply goes back to sleep until it does. I give it five stars across the board.

Doesn't work for okay to wake.
I bought this on prime launch day so there weren't any reviews. It was cute and I was excited to us it for my 3, almost 4 year old daughter. It's a total waste.First, the red light only stays on for 20 minutes at bed time. So if your kid wakes up at 4:30 or 6:30 or even a few minutes before wake time, it is just a white cloud. Also, while the light is red if the kid pushes the sun button it turns the light to green. The yellow, almost time to wake light hasn't ever worked for us. I've sat and watched it turn to green atthe set wake time, but no yellow.Last, the green light doesn't stay on for very long. So if your kid miraculously sleeps in a bit it won't be green to tell them it is okay to wake.Again, with the sunshine button your kid can turn on the night light. So even if it isn't time to wake up they can push the sunshine and make the light be on...I wish I could return this product still!

Great find
Super helpful to keep my toddler in his bed/room. Love the alarm feature, it’s super helpful on school days. It is a little difficult to figure out how to program and the other day it showed the time as being 37:15. We just unplugged it and plugged it back in and it works fine now

Cute, but not very useful
This is a very cute device, but does not adequately meet my needs. While it lights up red for a preset bedtime, and green for a preset wake time, it goes dark within 20 minutes of those selected times. This is not very helpful unless your child falls asleep or wakes within the 20 minute window, and does not wake in-between. I wanted a device that would stay red the whole night until wake time, so my child would know to go back to sleep if awaken during the night. Likewise, it would be helpful if the device stays green past the selected wake time so if your child wakes later than expected, they still see the green light and know it’s an acceptable wake time.

This has fixed our sleep issues.
For a while now, my 2 year old daughter was waking up regularly at 5 or 6am, not knowing it wasn't time to wake up yet. No matter how many times I kept on telling her, its not time yet, go back to sleep...it kept happening. Which makes sense! She would listen to me of course, BUT she still didn't know from a day to day when she woke up if she should get up or not.So, I thought, adults have a clock, why shouldn't she? So I googled it, and found this! SHE LOVES her clock and is still excited when it goes off for bed time a couple months later. Its a little bit of a learning curve to use, but not bad. I also feel like the "yellow" color and the "Green" color are a little hard to distinguish between the two. But I'm very happy with this purchase because now she knows not to get up until it goes off. It helps regulate her sleep schedule, trains her to be patient, and lets mama sleep in later! YAY!
