Not perforated circles so you have to scissor cut!
Gutted. I expected them to be pre perforated circles to tear off like others I've bought. I've had to scissor cut and no where near as neat as they should be for my granddaugters cupcakes. :(Also the actual image is quite translucent.

These don’t even look like the photos being advertised And are not circles you need to cut them out. So unfair and dishonest
