Terrific Scanner!
We researched many scanners for the main purpose of archiving old medical charts. This scanner has more than met our needs so far but the biggest reason for 5 stars is the amazing customer service! The CEO himself called to answer many technical questions as we have to be HIPAA compliant in our storage, scanning, etc. How refreshing! This scanner is rated particularly high by an independent group for use with Apple products. Very pleased and a great value!09/03/19- We continue to be so impressed with this scanner AND their customer service- so promptly responsive, knowledgeable and professional. This is a great company!

Better than the competitions.
I just did a couple of receipt copies. So far so good. When I get a chance to do all the copies I need, I will update this review.It looks better then the competitions.

User friendly, customer support rocks!
Has worked as described. New product = a few bugs, HOWEVER, customer support (which is actually reachable) have taken comments into consideration and the adjustments are working out to make a flawless business instrument.
