Great chairs!
These chairs were very easy to assemble, everything worked as it should. They did come slightly damaged - one with a substantial splinter on the top piece of the back, and the other had a chopped corner of the seat. The chairs are nice and sturdy, they feel as though they will last for many years. The off white/cream color goes perfectly with my relative's decor (these were a gift). I really like the design.

2nd set from same company in 9 years. Quality is still spot on!

Arrived Damaged
I opened the box and found that the Styrofoam was broken and beaten up. The first seat I pulled out was not in a sealed bag like the second one was. I immediately saw that the front edge was bashed in and chipped and the right side of the seat had damage as well. It was clear that this piece had been sent back as damaged and then resold. Not impressed with the East West Furniture Company.
