Love it!
Some of the reviews for this impact on YouTube show this tool lacking a little in the power department. What I have learned is that Milwaukee tools are sensitive to what battery you use. This thing has noticably more power when I use a large capacity high output battery. I use this for trailer suspension work and for head bolts and main bearing caps that are "torque to yield". I'm very happy with it so far.

Definitely worth buying
Love this thing we use it all the time on the rig. Planning on buying a second one for back up. Not as strong as our big air impact but easier to work with.

Weaker than my 1/2 cordless milwaukee.
Weaker then my 1/2” drive cordless milwaukee impact. Tested both against each other. Used a 12ah battery, same one and the 1/2” will tighten a 1” bolt more after the 1”. I turned the power to max with one key app. My 3/4 IR p1t1 will tighten and loosen cat track pad bolts that the 1” milwaukee wont. Using 1” drive socket. Now I gotta figure out how to return it. The 3/4 earthquake cordless is just as strong. I love the 12 other cordless milwaukee tools I own. But this one’s power is a joke!

You need at least an 8 Milwaukee battery to get full power
Great power and to all the people complaining that it doesn’t have power, why don’t you put a 8+ battery on it. I have a 12amp with mine and it takes 1 1/2 in lug nuts all day.

It has a place in the truck
This is a "specialty" tool.. I knownits hard to believe in this time we live in, but not all tasks are good for a battery operated tool.. air is still supreme. However, this is a good tool to have in the toolbox if you know how and when to use it. It's not an everyday tool. Most times, I'll still grab the old heavy IR 1" air gun. But for a quick tighten or loosening of one or two bolts, this is definitely a time saver. Make sure you use a 12AH battery as this girl is thirsty when you pull the trigger
