Large and expensive paperweight
This machine has been nothing but frustrating. My whole purpose in buying it was to use its optical contour cutting ability, and it simply won't do it... when it has actually made it to the cutting part, it cut way off target, but it usually just says it can't detect the registration marks (printed by the software that came with it) and simply stalls out with an error. It has no problem cutting plain vinyl, but that's not what I needed it for. Online support for this machine is apparently nonexistent.

save more money and buy a vinyl express q series
total POS. does not have registration mark scanner. will not auto align. noisy af. I sent it back and bought a used vinyl express q54 and couldn't be happier unless I got a divorce tomorrow

Does not work
I have had this machine 8 months and can not get it to work, call support and can not get any help. It is simply trash and a waist of money. Do yourself a favor and keep your money in your pocket.

How to setup?
Can’t figure out how to set up my machine. Is there a video? Is there a specific size vinyl I have to use in order for it to work?

When I figured out how it works it was all she wrote...I didn’t like the fact that there are no tutorial on how to use the machine..
