Great taste
I am from Hawaii and miss my Lau Lau. Lau Lau is pork and salted fish wrapped in taro leaves. It is then cook normally in. Fire pit. But since I can make a fire pit in my back yard I have found a method using a pressure cooker to make it. The problem was where to get the taro leaves. It is very hard to find living in the east coast. I finally found my solution using dried taro leaves I found on Amazon. Now I can make my Lau Lau and it takes only 90 minutes.

Well-packed, looks expertly prepared
To be cooked with coconut milk, pork, shrimps, chili peppers, in the Filipino recipe called "Laing" (Gulay na Natong), a Bicol region specialty. Spicy "bagoong" optional.

If you have no other options
Works for stew recipes but only if you have no other alternatives. I don't think I'll do it again but I made beef luau and insta pot laulau. Wasn't bad

Just what you need to make Lau Lau
My husband is an island boy that now lives in Texas. When he misses his Hawaiian food, I can use this to make one of his all time favorite foods - lau lau.
