I've been using this heating pad for a few weeks now and it really is very effective. Easy to heat up in the microwave, it also allows you to walk around wearing it so you can get on with your life. First rate and excellent value for money.

Is fantastic for cramps. I can wear it underneath of a jumper and covers all by belly. Super comfortable. I'm really happy with the product. Just to mins on the micro and ready to go. The best of it is that I don't need to hold it while I go around on the house. The only negative thing is that it needs to be warm more often (comparing to a hotwater bag)cos the heat goes away after an hour of time but it takes really little time to warm it up. Defo I recommend it.

Great for relief of an aching back.

This heat pad is brilliant because you can wrap it round your body and it will stay in position whilst walking around because of the Velcro fastening. Stays hot for a long time and does what it's supposed to do Definitely recommend.

Just what was neededDefinitely buy again

Very bulky and heavy.Its ok if your sitting down but then you wouldn’t need the belt. Prefer my hot water bottle

I don't usually write product reviews, but I wanted to let other folks know how much this heating pad has helped me!I like everything about it (not the least of which is the purple option) :)It is filled with flax and rice so it doesn't burn or melt in the microwave. It holds its heat for at least 20 minutes, is the right width, and has a 2" belt (width) which is adjustable and held securely by velcro.It really took the edge of my acute lower back pain so I could comfortably do yoga stretches.Really, no one paid me to write this!Sue

This heat pack is actual heaven!! I purchased in a desperate time of need while suffering a terrible back injury and this heating pad was my best friend. It Velcros on nice and tight and keeps its warmth once you heat it for quite a while. I store it in the freezer in a plastic bag. It takes a little over a minute and a half to heat up straight out of the freezer but once at room temp does not take long to heat up. It’s soooo wonderful - highly recommend!!

This is Perfect. It hold its heat really well and straps on with soft, stretchy Velcro. The chambers keep the rice inside from slipping to one side or the other, keeping the heat rig hit were you need it. The dual sides also allow you switch up the level of heat you want, with the fleece side for less heat and regular side for more.It works insanely well for lower back pain that’s been worsening with all the work-from-home computer sitting, and for cramps (huge thank you to the woman that designed this!).Lastly, it has clear instructions on a soft sewn-on tag so you don’t have to worry about keeping the paper instructions that come with it.
