JAM PAPER Plastic Envelopes with Zip Closure - Letter Booklet - 9 3/4 x 13 - Assorted Colors - 6/Pack

I purchased these on a whim. I ended up using one to take my vehicle registration documents to the tax collector's office. It worked very nicely, and because it's translucent, I could place my ticket number inside and be more hands-free to take care of my baby. I've found some other uses for them, such as holding craft supplies. I had really began to fall in love with them, except that I notice now they don't seem to always zip. If the zipper doesn't zip, you have to push the ridges together like you would a Zip-Lock bag. I was going to buy some more for myself and to give to my family, but after that, and now, after seeing the shipping price increased only a few days later--I am not so sure I'll purchase again unless the price is more fair for the quality of product.

I love these envelopes! I use them to organize my reading groups for teaching. And I needed 4 different colors for the different groups of kiddos. I ordered the purple to round out my sets and it arrived with only 3 envelopes in the packet. It was supposed to be 12. I was super upset, because as a teacher, I'm working right at the last minute and needed them ASAP. When the seller asked if I was enjoying their product, I let them know what happened and that I was having to return the pack to Amazon, wait for a refund, then reorder. Instead, the seller replaced the packet immediately. IMMEDIATELY! I was really impressed when they arrived 2 days later. Just in the nick of time. Thank you so much! And yes, they are everything I expected them to be and are helping me manage my groups nicely.

We are trying to do the "envelope" system off of the the Dave Ramsey Financial Planning and thought these would work for our envelopes. They are really nice quality and I really like them, but they just are not going to work for what we had wanted them to work for. That is not their fault, so the product itself is quite nice. Well worth the money and I love the different colors we received. We received them fast and I really wish they would work for us.

These heavy duty zip top envelopes come in several sizes and are perfect for document storage!! I had been struggling with organizing personal records, professional documents, health records, etc for years. When I discovered these sturdy plastic zip top envelopes size 10x13, my organization problems were quickly and very efficiently solved! The clear plastic enables me to sort papers and place a large label inside the envelope for each topic. They take up very little room and can be organized in a small file box. I can sort through them quickly to find the labeled documents I search for and these envelopes take up very little space. Terrific solution to document organization and storage!!!

Used these for the Dave Ramsey Envelope System because I wanted something I could add vinyl to and personalize. These worked out great! The colors are really bright and pretty.

These are not exactly what I expected though they are of decent quality so I will not knock them down in rating them. They will serve my purposes but I was hoping for pouches with real zippers. These are of a milky transparent, somewhat stiff plastic with a slide "zip" closure like a food storage bag. This, in a purely technical sense, is not an authentic zipper despite food bags coming in boxes labele ziplock.My main reason for knocking them down a star is the price which, for Amazon, is not all that great at two dollars ten cents a bag. Even at a pricey retail store, a pack of ten looks like an item that would cost you about eight bucks on sale and twelve bucks tops. They are in no way worth two dollars and ten cents as far as I can see so you might look at the other offerings in more detail.Would I buy them again? Only if I had an overpowering need and no alternatives. The only open question is how durable they will prove. My guess is about moderately durable. One last minor note: the company that sells them is apparently called Jam Paper and the listing as Jam Paper Plastic was a bit weird since I wondered for a second what the things were actually made of since a lot of envelopes and file folders are actually paper products, i.e. cardboard. One should not abuse the English languare I suppose.

I needed a way to organize currencies from various countries (bills and coins). I looked everywhere for such an item and I couldn't find one. These envelopes were perfect along with a p-touch to label them. Now, I can quickly grab a currency before going on a trip. I know where it is from and it is all organized. I will need to get more envelopes, but this was a good start. Now, I need a large binder to keep all of the envelopes in. :)

I wanted to find slightly larger than letter sized plastic envelope with an easy closure , in several bright colors as I am creating little travel packets of important documents for my family. Could not find any in stores. These are EXACTLY what I wanted! They expand about 1/2 inch, and easily fit the 15 pages that are tri-folded.

Thes are good. You can see what's inside and they appear to be quite durable
