I went to numerous stores looking for shears that would fit my boyfriend's fingers, obviously larger than women's fingers. I saw these and he said "yep, I think those are the ones"; I ordered this item, and it arrived quite quickly. Out of the box, everything screams 'Professional' - from the box with exquisite writing, the shears laying on the beautiful bag. The shears are ultra sharp, and the thumb holes are large enough to fit my boyfriends large (girth) fingers. These are top-grade shears and are perfect for cutting all types of hair (mine is fine but thick, very thick and heavy!) 5/5 STARS - I would rate this higher if I could - the man that cuts my hair says that "these are top-notch shears right here; and they fit my fingers; yeah, these are great!" I would highly recommend these to anyone and everyone!

These are great for those with large or larger hands who cut hair, whether they are professional stylists or plan to use them at home to cut the hair of family members. They are great scissors, very sharp and well polished with very comfortable holes and finger rests. They have a nice, well balanced heft to them. It is hard to find reasonably priced hair scissors that are well designed for the larger hand. I'm really glad I found these and would not hesitate to buy them again.

Needed shears that would fit my fat fingers. These fit perfectly, and the finish quality is excellent!

Bought these to use as a ‘burner pair’ if shears while in cosmetology school as working on manikin hair tends to wear shears out faster, and I wanted to keep my expensive pair for working on real clients. They’re definitely sharp snd okay- but the finger holes are way too big- and this is coming from someone with larger hands & fingers. I ended up nipping myself with these a couple of times before giving up on them. You might be able to improve them by purchasing thicker finger ring inserts- but I doubt even those would be thick enough to correct the fit issue. Beyond that, I like these shears- so I wish they could improve upon them!

Finally a pair of scissors I can comfortably use with my size large men's hand. I couldn't get my fingers in the handles of other shears. Now I'm all set! These cut well with their nice, sharp blades and come with a helpful storage sleeve and case. Excellent scissors, and especially for the price.

Country of origin: C-H-I-N-A. They seem to be rather well made and durable. They were rather sharp, but feels like they snag a bit on my beard. My biggest issue is that the ‘thumb’ opening is too small…even though this is supposed to be for lager hands. The thumb opening is the same size as the finger opening. This is causing it to slip out of my hand a bit. If it wasn’t for the extra finger grip, it would slip right off. Also, the inside of the openings are so polished, it makes them slippery too. Because these are for my home use, I kept them. But for a barber/stylist, it would not recommend theses scissors.

I've ordered other scissors before that were "rough" when cutting for various reasons. These are smooth, cut beautifully, and the finger holes are perfect. My only wish is that I'd found these sooner.

They are nice and sharp and the design is great for big fingers. Got a pair for my daughter and myself. The case is a nice plus.

Very high quality. My husband trims my hair for me (he's very good!), but he has big corn cob fingers and most scissors don't fit his fingers very well. The finger holes are larger than average. The scissors are also very sharp and cut well. Very happy with this purchase.

These seem quite sharp and I use then for trimming my dog. The finger holes could be a bit larger but for short trims they work fine.

Paid for themselves in two haircuts. Very sharp but have rounded ends so you don't scratch yourself.
