Worked to power the tv but we needed a longer length
Bought this cord to replace the shorter original 5' cord of a new Samsung 32" screen tv that we had mounted on the wall in a bedroom. This 8' cord worked with the tv but still didn't give us quite enough length from the tv to the plugs in the room. So, unfortunately we had to use a 12' cord that I had also purchased just in case. The 8' cord worked well with powering the tv and we would recommend it to anyone who just needed a few more feet to reach the power plug.
