Very good much more comfortable as I do a lot of walking

Size was perfect for me and they’re very comfortable.

Bought these as a replacement insole for the insoles of some new golf shoes that were killing the balls of my feet,I,m size 7 and as the men's were 8-14 thought the ladies would be more suitable,When they arrived, I removed them from the packaging and compared them with the insole I had removed from said golf shoes,They were exactly the same size so definitely not 6-10 I would say 4-7A bonus for me as I would not have to trim them,The 3 stars was based on the fact of the misinformation about the size and also that they were only marginally more comfortable than the originals.

Prevents feet getting sore during 14 hours shift.

Tried many insoles for metatarsal pain. Finally found one that really does help. Just bought second pair even though comparatively expensive! Really helped.

The hard plastic on the arch of the foot is very uncomfortable. Thought i would get am injury if I continued to use them.

I am size 6 and have size 6 shoes but I think these must be american sizes because I cut carefully along the 6 line and they are way way way too small so either they're just crap or its foreign/american sizing so just be careful before you chop. Or go to decathlon which have a much better selection of sports insoles correctly labelled with sizes.

I was a little skeptical about these because I've tried similar insoles in the past - but the Dr. Scholl's really made my shoes so much more comfortable! Added bonus, they don't squeeze my feet when I have them in my shoes.

Las plantillas son súper cómodas. Fue muy fácil adaptarlas a mi número, solo con unas tijeras seguí la línea guía que tienen. Al usarlas si dan mucho soporte al impacto. Muy recomendables.

I bought 1 pair. Feels great. I put it in my hard as metal safety shoes, now it comfortable like running shoe. Then I re ordered for another shoes

So I'm pushing 50 and have been having been trying to get fit after having my first serious health scare a couple of months ago - and my feet have been taking a while to get used to me wanting to start moving again :) Just from walking a couple of miles a day, my flat feet have been experiencing muscle stiffness and pain, especially along the arch and heel.I was desperate for some relief and decided to give these insoles a try, and the extra cushioning seems to be helping in some way. My feet are size 7 though, so the gel cushioning is right under the balls of my feet - I'm not sure how well these would actually work for a size 10? Also, I took the insole that came with my running shoe out and replaced it with this Dr. Scholl's insole - so I'm not sure how these would feel if they were placed on top of the inserts that came with the shoe.My feet have gotten better just from them getting more used to me being more active, but I still have some pain. I think it's just going to take time, because I've been out of shape for so long. The gel feels great to walk on though - much softer than the foam that came with my New Balance shoes.
