Great pond pump
The media could not be loaded. I order this one to replace my old Aquascape which stopped pumping. I don't know how long the old one lasted, it came with the house, but I have been here for almost 4 yrs. I bought the pond guy pump for it's reviews and that it doesn't ha e oil in the pump to operate. I have Koi pond and no oil is better. I had to replace some fittings for it to reach and fit, but just had ti unscrew the bottom are the fitting fit great and so did the pump. Running great with a little more power than my old one. Very pleased with is pump so far, only had it for a week, but will update for longevity.

Quiet, simple to install
The media could not be loaded. Our pond/waterfall pumps run continuously and we typically get 5-6 years out of Pong Guy Pumps. They’re quiet, come with plumbing to fit whatever hose/tubing size you need. The attached video shows a stream/waterfall with a 60’ run and 12’ of head. Pond is 6,200 gallons, with stream/wf suspending 250-300 gallons. Love these pumps!

Easter bust
Received pump today was planning a cookout for Easter and have the waterfall and pond up and running. Pump came, took out of box, connected to pvc line for waterfall placed pump in pond in filter box plugged it in and nothing. Just humming. Unplugged it plugged it back in try it again. Nothing finally took it out of the pond. The whole cylinder was extremely hot. The motor was attempting to turn, but was locked up extremely disappointed..
