Ever since hulking lawman Hobbs (Dwayne Johnson), a loyal agent of America's Diplomatic Security Service, and lawless outcast Shaw (Jason Statham), a former British military elite operative, first faced off in 2015’s Furious 7, the duo have swapped smack talk and body blows as they’ve tried to take each other down. But when cyber-genetically enhanced anarchist Brixton (Idris Elba) gains control of an insidious bio-threat that could alter humanity forever — and bests a brilliant and fearless rogue MI6 agent (The Crown’s Vanessa Kirby), who just happens to be Shaw’s sister — these two sworn enemies will have to partner up to bring down the only guy who might be badder than themselves. Hobbs & Shaw features over 80 minutes* of never-before-seen bonus content including an alternate opening, deleted and extended scenes and several featurettes with the filmmakers and cast that take fans further into the thrilling story. Directed by David Leitch (John Wick, Deadpool, Atomic Blonde) from a story by long time Fast & Furious narrative architect Chris Morgan and a screenplay by Morgan and Drew Pearce (Mission: Impossible –Rogue Nation, Iron Man 3), Hobbs & Shaw is produced by Johnson, Statham, Morgan and Hiram Garcia (Skyscraper, Rampage).

Bring on Hobbs and Shaw 2 please.
O my.... Fast 5 was a turning point. Fast 8 was pure popcorn... This just shows what The Rock and Statham have brought to what was in F3 and F4 a franchise in the brink of to much of the same. Since five it has gone up several levels and become more of a love child of fast and furious and xxx....For me and my partner watching this off shoot was really entertaining and exhilarating. The chemistry between the Rock and Statham is amazing. Add into that Kirby and you have an added dimension. This is more spy action movie than Fast and Furious, but some remains in the same genre and story. The set pieces are amazing and often filled with a gag or two. And to add to the party a few of the Rocks Friends have cameos which gives a little more. Is this an Oscar film. No... Is this a big screen Saturday night film with all the extras, yes. Totally what cinema and now our home cinemas is for... Guilty popcorn full on action with likeable characters... Bring on Hobbs and Shaw 2

Brilliant!
I wasn't sure how this spin-off from the F&F franchise would work.It works! The chemistry between Johnson and Statham is brilliant, the Ryan Reynolds cameo was unexpected, but highly enjoyable!Would recommend.

Hilarious.
I've always liked the 'Fast & Furious' franchise but when I heard of a 'Hobbs & Shaw' spinoff film, I was a bit dubious.Spinoff's tend to suck because they fail to keep the enjoyment of their parent but 'Hobbs & Shaw' isn't trying to be a 'Fast and Furious' movie. It instantly sets out to be its own action film and other than the character names, has no link to the other films at all.The witty banter between Hobbs and Shaw is hilarious throughout the film and Ryan Reynolds is just awesome as always. It gets a bit cheesy with the Samoa stuff but none the less the film is very entertaining. There's not many bonus features but what there is isn't bad.
