Grolier Midi Lined Hardcover Journal, 240pg, 120GSM by Paperblanks (Grolier Ornamentali)

This is probably the most popular of the Paperblanks designs for a reason. It is truly a well-made journal. I really wanted the unlined version, but that’s been difficult to find in the midi size. I don’t like that the lines are wide-ruled, and that they have a margins on both sides of the paper. Not a fan of that at all, and I wish they would knock it off. But at least the lines are very faint. I won’t take off any stars for that, because they DO offer this with unlined pages. Just need luck in finding them (in this size).I plant to really use this journal. Beautiful things are meant to be enjoyed, and meant to be used for their intended purpose when possible. Don’t be afraid to write in it, to draw, to put stickers in the pages. Life is very short, my friends. Blank journals are boring. Doesn’t matter if you think your writing is trash. Just the act of writing in itself is cathartic. Trust me. Have fun with this beautiful journal. Let your mind expand to the possibilities within its blank pages.

One of the nicest (and fanciest) of the Paperblanks notebooks. High quality binding. The cover is not a "printed" design--that is not a photograph of the design--but a textured paper substance--very pleasant. Paperblanks notebooks are usually well produced, though sometimes will not stand up to "over-stuffing" (too many collaged pages). Paper (at least in the PB notebooks I own) will usually not allow fountain pen ink to bleed through or feather. Not intended for super-wet media, but tolerant of "a little" watercolor. Try keeping a test page at the back if you're not sure about your media. I do buy these regularly. (Review submitted 1/12/22)

This looks like a really cool grimoire or spell book.Like I haven't seen anything match the cool factor on this level before, just get it if you like the idea of having some sort of forbidden book.

Looks even better than the image. I love it and am buying the other sizes!

Libreta pequeña, no leí bien la descripción del artículo ya en mano por el tamaño podría decir que es algo cara, pero la belleza de la misma, la calidad de los acabados, el lomo con textura, el broche.... Es una joya como libreta, diario o libro de las sombras que no pasará desapercibida.

I normally do not like ruled journals.. I use them as personal diaries, to write poetry, sometimes a few drawings.. my handwriting varies with my moods and at times I write across too.. all reasons the journal better be unlined!! However the cover of this book was just too good I decided to go ahead and buy the lined journal! And true enough, there were no regrets! The lines were keeping with the antique look of the book and weren't loud.. The paper quality is super!! I guess I wouldn't mind ruled books from this company in the future..

Cabe destacar que tuve que mirar el número de serie en la página oficial de paperblanks para saber si era de hojas lisas o con líneas. Este concretamente es de hoja con líneas, que era lo que andaba buscando. Estaría bien indicar esta información por parte del vendedor. Por lo demás es un diario muy bonito para escribir tu día a día o tus historias más dispares. El precio es fabuloso y asequible para el tipo de producto. En otros sitios el margen de beneficio está sumamente duplicado o incluso más. Mientras siga siendo asequible con precios razonables los cuadernos paperblanks, volveré a comprar a este vendedor. Lo recomiendo. Además el producto llegó un día antes de lo esperado (lo pedí un miércoles a las 12.30am y lo recibí el jueves a las 18.15 horas)
