Tasty and doesn’t affect my blood glucose
I love the taste and texture isn’t bad but you can only have 30g which is a small amount of but great for inclusion in social events or by yourself. Not dry. The orange one is just as tasty but it does affect my sugars as has some carbs in it but does this later down the line. Good idea.

The flavour is there but ….
I bought 3 flavours as they sounded very promising and I do miss cake being diabetic, unfortunately the texture just wasn’t for me, not sure how much sugar adds to this, but I found them dry and powdery. The chocolate was the best.

Simple tastes fantastic...I have type 2 diabetes..expensive compared to sugar not as big as I expected but hey ...that's life.. love it !!!!
