6" x .015" x 100' Press Brake Urethane die Protection Film

Using a Baileigh bp14013 press brake with planer tooling, bending engine turned stainless 304. This is probably the only product that I will eventually make a video and put up on youtube about. It is absolutely amazing what it does. Seldom if ever do you see engine turned material, (swirl pattern, etc.) bent. Usually you only see it in sheets and then cut to fit a flat panel for a dash board or other fancy panels. With this die film, as long as you keep things clean, you can actually put the pattern on the metal, then put it in the press brake and bend it without any, and yes, I mean withOUT ANY marring or damage to the surface or pattern. Naturally your results will depend on your tooling condition and your ability to understand the process or air bending, coining, etc. various metals in a brake press, or as they are more commonly called, a press brake. But should you be an experienced operator, and just have not seen this product, or have not thought you would have a need for it, you owe it to yourself to try it and see the new process efficiencies that can be had in your finished products.
