Great Value, seller package up nicely safely
Seller always packages these up nicely, come UPS safely so far everytime. I've found a new supply now. I was using Ridata but the fail rate started getting so high I had to change. These are more reliable and cheaper in the 2 Pack!

They work great for me...
I like the capacity of these, better than the 25 GB disks. The only thing is that they only burn at 6x. The 25 GB disks burn at 16x. I haven't had any problems with them so far, haven't had the data backups long enough to really test their longevity & durability.

Good quality
No coaster, that's impressive. However, these 2 packs don't seem to come from same batch. With one pack I get 6X burn speed, on the other pack I can only get 4X burn speed. Go figure.

Bad batch of blank discs
The second set of 50 I ordered in November, 2021 seems to be a bad batch. I'm trying to create a set for offsite image of the boot partition for several computers and laptops, but there are problems burning the ISO files created. Maybe 1 in 10 or 15 are good. Lots of coasters. The first set of 50 I ordered in May, 2021 were excellent, so this is probably a bad batch. I can't return them because if any of the information from the imaging is actually saved on the bad discs...

Disaster. 8 straight coasters with 2 different burners, other brands work fine.
I used up the last of my Verbatim BD-R 50 discs, which worked for me 90% of the time, and decided to try these Ridata because they seemed like a better deal. Big mistake. With the Ridata I had 8 straight failed burns of the same simple files, trying first my Pioneer and then my Panasonic portable burners (my computer is a 2017 iMac). I'd never had an complete repetitive failure like this with any media. I started cleaning the lenses on my burners, and wondering if both of my trusty burners had somehow failed simultaneously, or if my files were corrupt in some weird way that allowed them to work on my computer, but not be burned. But then I tried a Philips BD-R 50 and the same set of files burned and verified on the first try, no problem, as I've generally been used to. So - at least on my set up - the Ridata was an outlier and a complete disaster. Really frustrating, because I just missed my return window as well.Obviously everyone's set up is different, so YMMV, but this result seemed very extreme, and certainly I'll be avoiding Ridata from here on in.

I could not get them to write at 6X but they work just fine at 4X
The packaging states that these are 6X but they wouldn't burn any faster than 4X for me. I don't think it's my system because other brands do work at 6X. Not a deal breaker by any means as 4X is plenty fast. So far they have all worked (no coasters).

Great for archiving long file size files.
I back up all of my 4 k video and JPEG files on this discs.A 600gb project fits on 5-6 discs, allows me to wipe clean my 8tb drives and ready for more video ingest.
