BIG WOOPS
Seems like there is a common theme/problem here. Candles are great, lovely smell, work really well. BUT one terracotta pot arrived broken (managed to glue it together, but not happy) easier than returning it. I think you need to seriously rethink your packaging as this is a recurring problem.

Great product shame the packaging let's it down.
These are very good but the packaging let's them down of the four ordered two were broken, as these were given as a present , It was a costly disappointing mistake.

The candles look great but sadly packaging let it down and they arrived smashed

Really nice looking candle
Bit worries after reading other reviews about the candle arriving smashed but it was well packaged and arrived in one piece. The candle is big and the terracotta dish is lovely. Look forward to warmer weather so it can be used.

Just works
Great wick nice and thick and lets off great smell. Does the job better than any have tried before. Excellent. Would love to be able to buy just the wax and wick to go into the bowl to save on rubbish.

Delivered broken
The scent of the candle is lovely but sadly it arrived badly broken, to the point that it’s not useable.It was double boxed with bubble wrap, but that clearly wasn’t enough!
