High Recommend
I get kidney stones and can't take standard calcium supplements. I love these because being so much more bio-available I can take a lower dosage. My cardiologist doesn't want me to take high doses of calcium. My bone scans show that my bones are much better now at age 65 than they were at age 55. In fact my right hip was borderline 10 years ago and both hips and spine are almost perfect now. I only take this 3 times a week now.

All pills come intact and unbroken
They would be better if they put a slick finish on outside of pills to aid in swallowing such large pills. Other companies do. Don't believe there is a need to but they do go the extra step of putting cotton in top of bottle.
